She has done an outstanding job getting our online courses into professional shape, especially the videos. Our classes frequently contain tens or hundreds of hours of video and the video editing alone is extremely arduous. Carolina edits these videos to a far higher standard than anyone else, suppressing background sounds, keyboard clicks, enhancing sound and images, seamlessly merging cuts and generally being a consummate professional in Adobe Premier Pro, Audition and After Effects.
Carolina is also extremely skilled in web design and image editing, has awesome Photoshop skills and is skilled at generative AI graphics also. Altogether she is an outstanding and extremely useful employee and we would be very sad if she needs to leave, but she could do better than the current position she has so I fully understand her need to look for other employment.”
