- Solder electronic components for 60+ video games controllers per week; connect preprogrammed chips to electronic boards to increase the shooting speed of the video games
- Unbox, disassemble, and prepare brand new video game controllers to be modded; unbolt the screws from the controller case to remove the electronic components of the controller
- Test weekly modded controller production using real game to ensure high quality and optimum performance and that all controller features are operating accurately on the game
- Assemble electronic components back into their original cases; clean controllers to remove residue, impurities, and marks; seal boxes in plastic and prepare them to be shipped to store
- Complete controller production cycle under strict deadlines and in time for commemorative dates such as holidays (e.g., Christmas), rush weeks, high spending periods, and emergency requests
